PeekAccess is strictly 18+. No minors are allowed to create an account, appear in content, join live streams, or use the platform in any form.


2. Content Authenticity & Consent:

Users may only upload content that they have full rights to.

No third-party appearances without verified written consent.

Content must not infringe upon privacy, intellectual property, or any local/international laws.


3. Creator Verification:

All creators must complete ID verification before accessing monetization features.

Creators consent to allow their content to be redistributed only within the PeekAccess ecosystem and advertisements partners under agreed terms.


4. Revenue Share:

Creators earn 85% of all revenue generated.

PeekAccess retains 15% to cover platform maintenance, processing fees, and growth services.


5. Referral Program:

Registered users may refer others to the platform.

Referrers receive a 5% one-time payout on each referred user's first transaction.

Abuse of referral system (e.g., fake accounts) leads to termination.


6. Prohibited Content:

Content involving minors or non-consensual acts

Hate speech, illegal drugs, violence, bestiality

Anything that violates local or international digital conduct laws


7. Platform Rights:

PeekAccess has the right to suspend or ban accounts violating terms.

PeekAccess may use anonymized content for marketing purposes with creator consent.


8. Disclaimers & Liability:

PeekAccess is not responsible for content shared by users.

Users engage at their own risk and must perform due diligence when connecting or supporting others.


9. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes are first addressed via platform support.

Legal issues are subject to arbitration before escalation.
